Jazztime Ansbach - Stephanie Lottermoser
Museumshof des Markgrafenmuseums, Ansbach, Germany
29 €
The Jazztime series in Ansbach returns in August with support from the Bavarian Music Council. The Stephanie Lottermoser Quartet will perform on an open-air stage in the Museumshof, bringing jazz atmosphere to the old town.
Stephanie Lottermoser stands for jazz with strong groove and a clear, unmistakable voice. Her music combines melodic depth with rhythmic power - direct, accessible, and full of energy. When she takes the stage, an intense connection with the audience emerges immediately. Her saxophone speaks in a warm, powerful tone, her voice adds subtle accents. Between emotional depth and pulsing movement, a sound unfolds that resonates directly - clear, authentic, and compelling.
The award-winning saxophonist and singer is sought after both nationally and internationally. Her concerts at the EFG London Jazz Festival (UK), Addis Jazz Festival (ETH), Bob Collymore International Jazz Festival (KEN), Jazzomania Festival Santo Domingo (DR), Jazz Baltica, and ELBJAZZ Festival stand as testament to her presence, intensity, and an impression that lingers long: "A drive that makes the sun rise and simultaneously pulls the ground from beneath your feet. Actually, every piece is too short" (Süddeutsche Zeitung).
The Jazztime series is organized by the City of Ansbach in cooperation with Fränkische Landeszeitung and Radio 8. In autumn, the club scene and gastronomy will come alive with "Jazzd bei uns". Come by on October 24, 2026 - free entry.
