Poetry Slam

Poetry Slam has already been part of the Mosbacher Sommer festival in 2019 and 2024 - and this year five poets will once again take the stage to battle it out with words. The evening is hosted by Daniel Wagner from Heidelberg, himself a multiple Poetry Slam title holder. The competition is organised by Christoph Platzer of DON Entertainment, based in Mosbach.

Heartfelt stories, rap lyrics, serious poetry or comedy - anything goes at a Poetry Slam! Performers compete with their own original texts, and in the end it's the audience's applause that crowns the winner.

The full line-up will be announced soon. One thing is certain: this edition will again bring a strong roster of voices from the slam scene.
