Robert Alan - "Pervekt"

Writing a press text for your own comedy programme is a bit like masturbating in front of a mirror - rarely funny. Yet it has to be done. Not the masturbating in front of a mirror, of course, but writing the press text. My new programme is called "Pervekt" because my life is simply Pervekt. On good days I stand in front of the ATM. On bad days I stand in front of the bottle deposit machine. By the end of the day I break even. At least that's what I tell the tax office.

I was born in 1986 in the former East Germany. Naked and broke. But that's precisely the state you're in when you're most dangerous. And funniest. Today, 38 years later, I find myself in that state again. My life is Pervekt.
