Aladdin lives as a simple street boy until he meets Princess Yasmin and unexpectedly becomes entangled in the schemes of the evil sorcerer Jafar. Jafar wants to overthrow the Sultan and seize power with the help of a legendary lamp - and Aladdin is supposed to help him. The plan goes awry, Aladdin finds himself trapped in a cave, and there discovers the secret of the magic lamp: he frees the mighty Genie, who proves to be a true friend. Three wishes seem to solve all problems - but Jafar's dark plans are not so easily thwarted.
