REIS AGAINST THE SPÜLMACHINE is a music-comedy duo from Buxtehude and Oldenburg, consisting of Hanke Blendermann (born 1987), stage name "Onkel Hanke", and Philipp Kasburg (born 1981), stage name "Don Filippo". They describe their style as "Musik-Comedy" or "Musik-Coverett" - a blend of the words "Cover" and "Musik-Kabarett".

"Ab in den TOURLAUB!" is the motto of the duo's new stage show. In their fourth concert programme, REIS AGAINST THE SPÜLMACHINE centres everything around the theme of vacation. "We have a holiday playlist in our luggage, and we want to invite our audience on a two-hour short vacation," explains Hanke Blendermann about the concept.

For many years, the duo has been known across Germany for their rousing stage shows and world hits full of wit - brilliantly funny song parodies with guaranteed catchiness. Whether AC/DC or Blümchen, ballad or rock song - Philipp Kasburg and Hanke Blendermann demonstrate musical versatility and confidently navigate all genres with two-part arrangements and interactive entertainment.

The trained musicians present unexpectedly hilarious lyrics: the Beach Boys go "Saufen an nem See" and Westernhagen lives "Villenlos" on the street. TOURLAUB brings plenty of new material, but beloved evergreens like the millions-of-times-clicked hit "Hast Du Saufen mal probiert?" won't be missing either.
