Stina Holmquist - live - "If All My Hopes Find Answers" - Tour
Flottmann-Hallen, Herne, Germany
Stina Holmquist has developed her own distinctive indie and art-pop sound, in which atmospheric, expansive indie textures are repeatedly broken by energetic moments. With her band, she creates hypnotic, almost breathless song structures combined with impressive vocal performances. In her songs, Stina tells stories deeply rooted in pop music - yet rarely delivered with such depth and poetry today.
In her short but intense musical journey, Stina (Holmquist is her Swedish grandfather's surname) can already look back on impressive milestones: 150 live concerts over three years on stages across Germany and neighbouring countries (Warsaw, Zurich, Vienna) - including support slots for German indie heavyweights Giant Rooks and Leoniden; prestigious festival appearances from Reeperbahn to Orange Blossom, Traumzeit, and Juicy Beats Festival, and recently at WDR Rockpalast. She is a winner of the Lalla:Labor award, participated in the federal "Pop Camp" programme, and was nominated as "Best Newcomer" for the PopNRW award.
In November 2025, Stina Holmquist released her second EP "If All My Hopes Find Answers" - produced by Alex Sprave (Fil Bo Riva) and Jochen Naaf (Giant Rooks).
"She herself is so approachable, so genuine - she could probably sing whatever she wants. Whoever listens to Stina feels along with her." (Strobo)
"You get the sense that this was just the beginning of something great." (Westzeit)
"With this Rockpalast performance, Stina Holmquist once again proved that she will be a force to reckon with in the future - both as an enigmatic live performer and as an ambitious songwriter." (Gästeliste.de)
