Volker Weininger is "Der Sitzungspräsident" - for over ten years he has been a fixture of the Rhineland carnival scene as the "uncrowned king of the 0.2-litre class", and he has long ranked among its top speakers. His "Philosophie am Glas" has earned him a steadily growing following on social media, and the clips from his little office at the bar have become cult classics.
