Musiksalon - Lisa Wulff & Adrian Hanack

Bassist and composer Lisa Wulff teams up with saxophonist Adrian Hanack for an intimate duo set of contemporary jazz. With a keen ear for sound and dynamics, the two musicians build dense, affecting soundscapes - sometimes deeply groovy, sometimes freely improvised, always expressive and rooted in mutual trust.

Lisa Wulff is one of the most distinctive voices in young German jazz. The Hamburg-based artist has received the IBSH JazzAward, the Hamburger Jazzpreis, and the Deutschen Jazzpreis (bass, national category, 2023). Alongside her own projects, she performs regularly with the NDR Bigband and artists such as Nils Landgren, Wolfgang Haffner, and Rita Marcotulli.
