Since 1993 she has hosted the Red Sofa segment on the NDR show DAS!. Once a month she welcomes prominent guests on the NDR Talkshow. Since 2020 she has also been travelling in her motorhome as part of the series "Tietjen campt". Her books "Unter Tränen gelacht" and "Tietjen auf Tour" were both SPIEGEL bestsellers.
