Mordkommission Calw - Die Hesse-Verschwörung

With "Die Hesse-Verschwörung", Mordkommission Calw kicks off its 15th crime film series. Failed writer Umberto Designori stumbles upon an old letter in his house in Montagnola, Ticino - a letter hinting at an unknown major literary work. Shortly after, he falls to his death from the window of a hotel in Calw. Detectives Lola Kraft and Jasmin Stein take on the case, soon crossing paths with city archivist Dr. Giebenrath, a noted Hesse expert, and publisher Ludger Scheidt. Meanwhile, carpenter Henning Hansen uncovers an old manuscript while clearing out a house in the village of Schweinbach - and sees his chance at a windfall.

Film group Mania-Pictures blends Swabian humour with crime, action and local flavour. Alongside the regular cast of Mordkommission Calw, audiences will get a reunion with the "Jungs vom Dorf" and the five protagonists of the second film series "Village People".

Tickets cost 10 euros (reduced to 8 euros for Sparkasse customers) and are available at the TurmQuartier Pforzheim box office and online at www.ticket-pf.de. For an extra 5 euros, a KinoMenü with popcorn and a drink of your choice can be added (excluding wine and sparkling wine, subject to availability).
