Participation Terms for Flea Market Vendors
1. Admission and Participation
Participation in the flea market is only possible after prior approval by the organizer. Booking is done through the Reservix online form or at the Bad Waldsee Tourist Information Centre. By booking, you agree to these participation terms as binding. Changes or special reservations cannot be considered later.
The stand permit is valid only for the registered participant and the registered goods. Transfer or subletting of the stand is not permitted.
2. Stand Sizes and Booking
Single stand: 3 m × 3 m
Maximum bookable: 2 stands per participant (6 m × 3 m)
After booking, you will receive a separate email with all information about access, parking options, and stand layout.
The stand booking becomes binding only after payment. A stand without payment or written permission may not be occupied. Otherwise, the organizer may charge an additional fee.
Stand booking is subject to conditions. Should a change become necessary due to urban development measures, the organizer reserves the right to relocate or cancel the stand. Already paid stand fees will be refunded if necessary.
3. Opening Hours and Setup
Entry to the flea market site: 07:00 - 08:30
Start of sales: 10:30
Breakdown: from 18:00
Delivery vehicles must be unloaded and loaded quickly and then parked in designated parking spaces. Parking directly at the stand is not permitted. Driveways, entrances, and emergency exits must not be blocked.
4. Permitted Sales Offerings
Permitted are second-hand goods, used items, and used objects of low value.
Handmade items and new goods of low value are only permitted to a limited extent.
Commercial sale of new goods is not permitted.
Items that pose an injury risk (e.g. knives, axes, hatchets) may not be sold.
