A fine dining experience wrapped in suspense - guests at the Best Western Plus Hotel Steinsgarten in Gießen are in for quite an evening: Das Kriminal Dinner pairs a delicious multi-course menu in elegant surroundings with a gripping murder mystery show.

"Der letzte Joint der Marie Juana - Ein Hippie Krimi"

The year 1999 is drawing to a close. Old hippies Sabine and Michi are still stuck in the flower power era, but slowly they feel the pull of change - they're ready for something new. An invitation to the grand millennium party "HIGH END" on the tiny island of Hellegraskog arrives at just the right moment. The island, owned by beach-chair tycoon Tim le Ary, hosts a retreat dedicated to "opening up" in honour of Woodstock's 30th anniversary. The spirit of the 70s is conjured up, and a colourful mix of guests - from old-school '68 hippies to 90s party girls - plunges into a world not quite left behind. In the grass and with the grass, serious inner work gets done.

Then the unthinkable happens - a murder in the midst of love, peace and bliss. A lifeless figure lies in the white sand. Who pushed Marie Juana off the cliff?
