Spotlight on the Town Hall, Tower and More

Many people have heard of the "Amtsschimmel" - the German term for bureaucratic red tape - and in Fürth's town hall you can actually see it as a sculpture. The guided tour of this neoclassical building takes in the grand council chamber, the staircase, and a portrait gallery of notable Fürth personalities, along with commentary on the building's architectural history.

On the way up to the town hall tower, rare objects shed light on the city's past. The tour ends with a sweeping view over Fürth from the Florentine-style tower.
