Schreibcouch Finale - Reading Performance by the Youngest Literaturhaus Authors

The stage belongs to "Schreibcouch"! Astonishing stories, lying poems and poetic commands - all written by twelve young authors aged 13 to 19. The texts took shape in the shade of the ancient courtyard trees, in the cosy warmth of the tea kitchen, and in the bright White Cube of the Literaturhaus hall in Freiburg im Breisgau.

During the 2025/26 school year, authors Laura Friedrich and Laura Anton guided the youth writing workshop. The newest Riso publication presents the resulting texts in vivid colours.

"Schreibcouch", the monthly workshop for young writers, is looking for new participants: apply for the next round (starting October 2026) by sending your name, age and a short writing sample.
