Hannah Köpf & Band - Americana, Folk, Southern-Country and Jazz

Cologne-based singer-songwriter Hannah Köpf presents her fifth album "Flowermind" - a sound that feels like Nashville but comes from the Rhine. With a clear and warm voice, she sings lyrics that both comfort and stir the soul, sometimes floating and ethereal, sometimes intense and compelling.

The musical universe Köpf has created alongside drummer and producer Tim Dudek recalls artists like Jackson Browne, Steely Dan, and Joni Mitchell, moving between folk, New Orleans soul, Americana, jazz, and Southern country. "I want my lyrics to awaken emotions and create images," says the trained jazz vocalist, "but also to address pressing questions of our time - climate crisis, fascism, social justice." She is accompanied by her sensitive and responsive band.
