Description was written before the event

Cologne singer-songwriter Hannah Köpf presents her fifth album "Flowermind" - a sound that feels like Nashville but comes from the Rhine. Her clear, warm voice carries lyrics that comfort and unsettle in equal measure, ranging from airy and light to intense and urgent.

The musical world she has built with drummer and producer Tim Dudek spans folk, New Orleans soul, Americana, jazz and Southern Country - with references that call to mind Jackson Browne, Steely Dan and Joni Mitchell. As a trained jazz vocalist, Köpf reaches beyond emotion and imagery into themes like the climate crisis, fascism and social justice.

Performing: Hannah Köpf (vocals), Bastian Ruppert (guitar, vocals), Jakob Kühnemann (double bass), Mike Roelofs (piano, Wurlitzer, Hammond Organ, vocals), Tim Dudek (drums).
