Münstermarkt Breakfast Tour 2026 - The Culinary Münstermarkt Experience

The original Freiburg Münstermarkt breakfast tour takes place on Saturday mornings on the popular Münstermarkt - directly with the people behind the stalls. In personal conversations with market vendors, you'll hear stories from market life, get a behind-the-scenes look, and enjoy a hearty breakfast right at the market stalls.

Tour content:
A three-hour guided market tour with knowledge, stories, and plenty of enjoyment. Tastings take place directly with the producers - cheese, ham, bread, fish specialities, Münsterwurst, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and other samples from the market (vegetarian option available). Products are paid for fairly at regular retail prices.
Since September 2021, the tour has been led by tour guide, Münstermarkt expert, and initiator Barbara Schneider-Wood, including a greeting from the market master.
