Literature for everyone. That is why LiES! (Literature in Simple Language) has existed for almost ten years. Well-known authors write stories. They write according to rules they have established themselves. They create art - simple, understandable to all, beautiful. Two books have already been published by Piper. Twelve new stories are currently being created. Today, author Helene Hegemann and author Fikri Anil Altintas present their stories for the first time. She is one of the most prominent figures in the German theatre world and has written acclaimed novels. He is a writer and political activist who reflects on images and patterns of masculinity, among other things. The reading and conversation will be interpreted by sign language interpreters. The conversation is moderated by Hauke Hückstädt.
