Open yoga classes in an art space

Treat yourself to a special yoga experience inspired by the current art exhibition "The Universe Is a Rascal" featuring paintings and objects by Esther Wüstenberg at Haus des Gastes. Yoga in the art space invites you to rediscover movement and perception. Simple exercises, mindful movement in dialogue with the space, playful impulses for lightness and openness, and time for relaxation allow you to gently immerse yourself in the aura of art and creativity.

No prior experience or special physical abilities are required - classes are open to everyone. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are available upon request.
