Overtone singing uses specific vocal techniques to produce a kind of two-voice effect: above the fundamental sung tone, overtones emerge, detach spatially from the singer, and develop within the vocal ensemble into spherical sound fields. The physical structure of the overtone series brings these sounds into immediate, almost holistic resonance with the listener.

Drawing on the acoustics of a former sacred space, this concert opens up unusual sonic dimensions for a rare listening experience.
