Langenargener Festspiele | Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn
Konzertmuschel Langenargen, Germany
22 €
Based on Mark Twain's famous tale, the adventurous world of the Mississippi meets the backdrop of Lake Constance:
Tom Sawyer loves freedom, play, and adventure. Together with his best friend Huckleberry Finn, he roams through a world full of dares, pranks, and grand dreams. But one day, both boys find themselves in a situation that changes everything: they secretly witness a quarrel that ends in a tragic accident. Afraid, they stay silent and must watch helplessly as their innocent friend Muff Potter is arrested.
What begins as play puts friendship, solidarity, and courage to the test. Tom and Huck learn to stand by each other and take responsibility - and Tom discovers with Becky Thatcher what it means to fall in love for the first time, without losing his curiosity, charm, and spirit of discovery.
Based on Mark Twain's timeless adventure novel, the Langenargener Festspiele bring a vibrant and imaginative theatrical production to the stage on Lake Constance for the whole family. Thrilling, humorous, and suspenseful: a special theatrical experience that will captivate both children and adults.
Recommended age from 6 years old • Duration approximately 120 minutes, including one intermission.
The summer theatre performances will be shown in the shell pavilion in Langenargen castle park from 27 June to 9 August 2026.
