Rudelsingen is all about singing together: several hundred people fill the hall with sound - live, with full musical accompaniment. The programme runs from folk songs through classic rock and Schlager to current radio hits, with lyrics projected on screen throughout. A few surprises are always part of the deal.

David Rauterberg invented Rudelsingen in 2011 in Münster and has since taken it across Germany. He leads the evening as the main vocalist and accompanies the audience on guitar.

This is the extra show for the 50th Hannover Rudelsingen.

About the venue: Kulturzentrum Pavillon

The Pavillon is an independent cultural centre in Hannover that has been running since the 1970s. Housed in a distinctive round building near the Lister Meile, it hosts concerts, theatre, readings, political discussions and club nights. The programme leans toward alternative, left-leaning and subcultural events, making it one of the city's most politically engaged venues.
