WE WANT TO LIVE FOREVER - Queen unplugged for Freddie's 80th birthday

For Freddie Mercury's 80th birthday, one of the most outstanding musicians of the 20th century, we celebrate a Queen Unplugged evening for the last time. For some time now, we have been repeating this extraordinary concert around the birthday of the former Queen frontman.

For years, the Capitol Ensemble has celebrated Freddie Mercury's music in the captivating show "I Want It All" and has thus built not only a large fanbase but also profound knowledge of Queen's music. During the unplugged evening, the band performs the legendary songs in acoustic form.

In 2026, once again with a string quartet of musicians from the German State Philharmonic Rheinland-Pfalz. With Maram, Sascha Lien and Sascha Kleinophorst as vocalists, we can look forward to concentrated Queen expertise and very special sonic experiences and powerful emotions.
