Extrawurst - Open Air

The annual meeting of TC Lengenheide is nearly over. Before the buffet opens, the members must quickly vote on purchasing a new grill. It should be a mere formality, but then Melanie Pfaff interrupts the vote with a question: shouldn't they buy a second grill for their Muslim members, since they cannot place meat on a rack that has touched pork? However, Erol Oturan, the club's only Muslim member, doesn't want any "special treatment" or separate grill. But Melanie won't let it go. Soon the discussion about tolerance and respect threatens not only peaceful coexistence but also the physical safety of those involved...

This satirical comedy about a tennis club meeting spiralling out of control is a audience favourite and is appearing in the Ravensburg open-air programme for the third time. The special twist that sets this theatrical version apart from the film adaptation starring Hape Kerkeling: the audience here directly participates in the action as club members and can even influence the course of events through their voting behaviour.
