Bach Cantata Sing-Along

73rd Lorenzer Bachkantate zum Mitsingen

This year's programme features the cantata "Wer nur den lieben Gott lässt walten" (BWV 93), rehearsed and performed together by soloists, choir and orchestra as part of the Bach Cantata Weekend. The cantata is complemented by additional liturgical music for orchestra and choir.

Saturday: rehearsals from 10:00; Sunday: final rehearsal at 8:45, performance during the church service at 10:00. Musical direction by KMD Dr. Matthias Stubenvoll, rehearsal assistance by Michael Riedel, sermon and liturgy by Claudia Voigt-Grabenstein.

The participation fee covers the purchase of a choral score or the loan of orchestral parts, which will be sent out in August. Participants opting for the reduced fee are responsible for obtaining their own choral scores in time.

The ticket is valid on both days as a travel pass across the entire VGN network.
