Doubt is annoying! It undermines trust and chips away at self-confidence. But what if big answers don't end with an exclamation mark, but begin with a question mark? Here's to skepticism! Faced with snap judgments and loudly proclaimed opinions of our time, doubt stammers back: "Or maybe not!" Doubt is the engine of thought and the starting point of every genuine insight… or maybe not?

Bürger:innenbühne brings adults of all ages from diverse walks of life onto the stage under the professional direction of a directing team. From the experiences and research of the participants, a theatrical piece emerges. This season we venture fearlessly into the depths of not-knowing and celebrate newly discovered in-between spaces. Because: when in doubt, choose doubt!
