A talk show featuring Cologne journalist Frank Überall, who spent many years reporting from Cologne City Hall for WDR-Lokalzeit and is now chief reporter at the Kölnische Rundschau. Audiences know him from formats such as "Rat reloaded" and "Heimatabend", as well as the annual graduation evening of the Hochschule für Medien, Kunst und Wirtschaft, known as "Journalissimo".

At the heart of the evening is a question: is Cologne a city with heart, a metropolis of good cheer - or just a city that starts with K? Frank Überall goes looking for answers away from the spotlight, among the people who give the city its character and quietly make this Rhine metropolis a little more diverse and interesting every day.
