Fresh sounds, innovative compositions, and the stars of tomorrow - all in an intimate and inspiring setting. Come and watch young musicians bring their passion to the stage and shape the musical future! The series is coordinated by Jonas Stephan - a drummer who plays in Skin of Clazz and other bands, and is also a student at the Hochschule für Musik Stuttgart. This gives him a direct eye on the latest trends and new formations emerging there.

The Iliia Vasylynets Group presents a captivating David Sanborn programme - a tribute to the legendary saxophonist and his unmistakably soulful sound. The young Stuttgart band brings together rising musicians who pool their groove-fusion skills in a sextet line-up.

Iliia Vasylynets impresses with a big, cutting tone and brilliant phrasing, shaped by studies with Klaus Graf and Christian Weidner. After a successful debut at the renowned Bix Jazzclub in Stuttgart, the band now performs regularly at other venues across Germany.
