Theater MITEINANDERs presents: "Traumpartie" (10+) - followed by audience discussion

after August Strindberg

We have always known it: something is wrong. But sometimes it takes the radical gaze of an outsider to see what is plainly there. When Strindberg sends a goddess's daughter down to earth, the question arises whether what she finds is even real. Between poetic freedom and the loops of consciousness, boundaries blur: is this the light of understanding, or mere illusion? A theatrical expedition in which the performers discover their own perspective on August Strindberg's "A Dream Play" ("Ein Traumspiel"), exploring what exists and what might be possible.

The inclusive Theater MITEINANDERs brings together employees of the Oberlinhaus workshops - with years of stage experience - and professional performers. At the Theaterwerkstatt im Oberlinhaus, workshop employees can take part in ongoing theatre training. Theater MITEINANDERs and the Theaterwerkstatt are led by Wiebke Hensle and Hans Morgeneyer.
