11th Soil Day of the Healthy Soil Interest Group e. V. - Conference on "Healthy Soil: From Field to Fork"

On 19 November 2026, we invite you to a specialist congress at the Schwarzachtalhalle in Neunburg vorm Wald. The event features a high-calibre programme of expert talks and regional catering. With well-founded presentations, an international audience and over 500 attendees, Soil Day provides a dedicated platform for discussion, knowledge exchange and networking around the topic of soil. The event is aimed at professionals from science and research, agriculture and practice, politics and public administration, as well as the food industry and advisory services.

"Healthy Soil: From Field to Fork"
Under this theme, we examine the importance of healthy soils across the entire value chain - from agricultural production through processing and trade to the end consumer. The quality of our soils has a direct impact on food, the environment, the climate and, ultimately, our health.

The practical networking day on 18 November 2026 offers space for exchange, hands-on experience and peer-level collaboration. In working groups, expert discussions and field excursions, specialists, advisory board members and soil practitioners share their knowledge in a practical, dialogue-oriented and solution-focused way. The day closes with an informal get-together, giving participants the chance for personal conversations in a relaxed setting with board members, speakers and fellow attendees.
