Mercedes-Benz Genussausfahrt on the Swabian Alb - Celebrating 140 Years of Innovation

Join an exclusive driving tour across the Swabian Alb and celebrate 140 years of automotive history with Mercedes-Benz.

The day combines the pleasure of driving with fine dining. The Swabian Alb offers varied routes, sweeping landscapes and culinary discoveries along the way. Travelling in pairs, you take turns at the wheel and get to experience a range of highly exclusive models from the current Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG fleet. The route passes through stunning scenery and stops at two exclusive dining destinations.

The journey starts at the Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter in Sindelfingen and heads through the impressive landscape of the Swabian Alb to the first stop in Schwäbisch Hall. There, participants are welcomed at the multi-award-winning Michelin-starred restaurant "Eisenbahn" with an aperitif and an amuse-bouche. The menu continues with house-cured tuna as carpaccio with Mediterranean vegetables and pine nuts in a balsamic vinaigrette. The main course is a tender fillet of local beef with leaf spinach, potato foam and truffle glaze. The vegetarian alternative features marinated goat's cheese, Mediterranean vegetables and oven-roasted tomatoes, alongside summer vegetables, spinach and a creamy white-wine risotto with truffle foam.

After lunch, the route continues to Königsbronn, where a special dessert at the Michelin-starred restaurant "ursprung" in Hotel Widmann's rounds off the afternoon: a refined composition of orchard fruit, cream and caramel.

The day ends with a return drive to the starting point at the Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter in Sindelfingen.
