LUBU BEATZ brings together young artists from the Ludwigsburg area who share one passion: beats and self-written songs. Every track is developed and produced from scratch, collaboratively. What started 14 years ago as a school club has grown into a cross-genre creative platform - a community that stands for something beyond music. Each year the crew runs a songwriting camp; this time it took place in Mannheim, with a workshop day at the Pop-Akademie Baden-Württemberg. The concert features songs born out of that experience!

PISTY is a Frankfurt-based rapper with Greek roots. His stage name derives from the Greek word "pistis", meaning "faith, loyalty, reliability". His story sounds at first like a classic street-rap trajectory: drawn to rap from an early age, becoming a passionate songwriter, moving through the scene, getting caught up in drugs and shifting crews. How he ended up writing lyrics about God's faithfulness is exactly what he brings to this show - emotional gospel rap in a raw, real-talk format!
