A timeless drama about power and the vengeance of justice by William Shakespeare (1564-1616)

Richard, the power-hungry brother of England's new king, harbours dark plans. Underestimated his entire life, he now wants to prove to everyone that he will be king - at any cost. Through intrigue and murder, he carves a bloody path to the throne.

But at the height of tyranny, resistance grows. The humiliated stand against him, and in his dreams the ghosts of his victims haunt him. In a final battle, his fate is sealed.
