Herfurthsche Hausmusik #7 — Weißes Haus Markkleeberg, Markkleeberg

Welcome to Herfurthsche Hausmusik at the Weißes Haus in Markkleeberg!

The Neue Leipziger Chopin-Gesellschaft invites you to classical concerts in the agra-Park. The 2026 concert series follows the format Chopin himself favoured: his piano works alternating with arias from the Romantic Grande opéra - including Bellini, Rossini and Donizetti - alongside the classical opera repertoire (above all Mozart), songs and instrumental pieces.

Today's programme:

La gazza ladra (The Thieving Magpie), overture for two pianos, eight hands

Fryderyk Chopin (1810-1849)
