Under the patronage of Mayor Christian Vogel, the Waldschänke restaurant at Nuremberg Zoo presents "Species Conservation for the Future" in the Blue Salon of the Dolphin Lagoon - "...from clicking dolphins, whistling manatees and sacred beetles..."

An evening filled with "Tales from the Garden of Eden", an exclusive dolphin presentation and a visit to "Amazon at Night", guided by the zoo's species conservation experts. The experience is complemented by a 4-course biodynamic menu, fine organic wines and all beverages.
