A workshop for adults on movement, dance improvisation, and exploring your own movement language

Movement means something different to everyone. It meets us everywhere - in everyday actions, in stillness, in dance, in nature. We move every day, often without noticing.

In this workshop we turn attention to our own personal movement qualities. We observe them closely, trace possible fractures and limits, and in doing so open up new spaces and ways of expression. The aim is to build an awareness that every person and every body is unique - and that every movement, including in dance, can be experienced and shaped in an individual way. From this creative process, small choreographies emerge spontaneously, born from the moment.

The joy of moving together is at the heart of it all. This inclusive workshop is open to everyone aged 18 and over.
