A workshop for adults exploring movement, dance improvisation, and the discovery of personal movement language. Led by Bea Carolina Remark (dance educator and choreographer).

Movement surrounds us everywhere - in everyday gestures, in stillness, in dance, in nature. This workshop focuses on our individual movement qualities: we explore possible fractures and boundaries, discover new possibilities for expression, and allow small choreographies to emerge spontaneously from the process. The goal is to develop an awareness that every body is unique and every movement can be experienced and shaped in an individual way.

The workshop is inclusive and open to all people aged 18 and over. Participation fee: 49 €.
