The idea behind Johannes Enders' current album "Standard Questions" was a simple but inspired one: build an entire programme around jazz standards whose titles are questions. The Great American Songbook turns out to be surprisingly generous here, offering everything from Bob Haggart's "What's new?" to Morgan Lewis' "How high the moon?".
