Fruits of Wrath

How can we argue constructively in a world full of destructive conflicts? With this central question in mind, the Hamburg-based performance group SKART, together with Berlin dancer and choreographer Dasniya Sommer and the ensemble of Theater Thikwa, explores the constructive potential of quarrels, disputes, and anger.

Armed with dance rituals, striking body-art moments, and inspired by bondage and ballet, they celebrate the most diverse forms of intense interpersonal confrontations. While Brezel Göring and the Thikwa musicians lay down the beat for everyone, the others search for a productive culture of conflict.
