Die Heiden von Kummerow - "Alles Müller, oder … wie?" - Frünndach

"Frünndach" is the Darß-Festspiele's special thank-you day for their loyal audience - the "Frünns". Alongside the performance of "Die Heiden von Kummerow - Alles Müller, … oder wie?", the day includes exclusive behind-the-scenes access, personal meet-and-greets with the cast, and other activities that take place only on this day. Food and drinks are available on site.

Doors open 1.5 hours before the show. Participation in "Frünndach" requires a valid ticket for either 17 July or 14 August 2026.

About the play: In Kummerow, everything revolves around the miller. He beats his horses, cheats the farmers with watered-down flour and underpaid grain, insults the children, and threatens at the village council to drive Krischan out of town. The children quickly agree: the miller has to go. The "Heathens of Kummerow" try to chase him away with all manner of cheeky pranks - but will it be enough? Krischan pitches in energetically and seems to have his own pressing reason to be rid of the miller. He is guarding a secret that could even land the miller in court. But Krischan stays silent. Will he speak up to Constable Niemeier and finally put the miller behind bars?
