A tennis club somewhere in the German provinces is preparing its summer party. Under Heribert's (Hape Kerkeling) watchful eye, everything is on track - until someone suggests setting up a separate grill for Erol (Fahri Yardım), the club's only Muslim member. What seems like a harmless idea quickly stirs up unexpected tensions.

A seemingly minor discussion spirals into a heated debate about social prejudice and personal conflict. Tempers flare, and the club finds itself on the verge of collapse.
