About the venue

The Alexander von Humboldt - known simply as "Alex" - is a historic three-masted barque moored in Bremen's Überseestadt harbour. Originally built in 1906 as a lightship, it was later converted into a sailing training vessel and became famous as the "Green Sail" ship. Today it serves as a floating event and party ship, hosting concerts, club nights and private events on board.
