About the venue

Museumshafen Övelgönne is a historic open-air harbour museum on the southern bank of the Elbe in Hamburg, where a collection of old working vessels - tugboats, lightships, dredgers - is moored at the Anleger Neumühlen jetty. The ships date mostly from the late 19th and early 20th century and are maintained by volunteers. The site regularly hosts maritime events, open-ship days and summer concerts against the backdrop of the river.
