The Audimax is the main auditorium of Ruhr-Universität Bochum, one of Germany's largest universities. Built in the 1960s as part of the campus's brutalist architecture ensemble, it seats several hundred and regularly hosts public lectures, academic ceremonies, and large-scale cultural events alongside its university functions.
