About the venue

The Belvedere Pfingstberg is a 19th-century royal lookout pavilion on the Pfingstberg hill in Potsdam, designed by Ludwig Persius and Karl Friedrich Schinkel for King Friedrich Wilhelm IV of Prussia. Construction began in 1847 but was only completed in 1863. The twin-towered Italianate structure offers panoramic views over Potsdam and the surrounding lakes. Today it hosts cultural events, concerts, and guided tours.
