About the venue

The F60 visitor mine in Lichterfeld-Schacksdorf is one of the largest movable technical structures ever built - a massive overburden conveyor bridge from the Lusatian open-cast lignite mining era. Decommissioned in 1991, it was preserved as an industrial monument and now hosts guided tours, light shows, and open-air events on its enormous steel frame.
