About the venue

Burgruine Hilpoltstein is a medieval castle ruin perched on a rocky hill above the Bavarian town of Hilpoltstein. The fortress dates back to the 11th century and served as the seat of the counts of Hilpoltstein before falling into disrepair. Today the ruin hosts open-air events and offers a panoramic view over the surrounding landscape.
