Malte Anders: Generation Arschgeweih - Früher war mehr Lavalampe
A cabaret one-man show about the millennial generation, rolling through 90s nostalgia - Tamagotchis, DJ Bobo and all - performed by Timo Schweitzer as Malte Anders.
Frankfurt, Germany
Die Schmiere is a small political cabaret theatre in Frankfurt am Main, founded in 1950 and billing itself as "the worst theatre in the world" - a self-deprecating motto it has worn with pride ever since. Housed in the Römer district, it stages sharp satirical programmes that take aim at politics, society and human folly. It is one of the oldest continuously running cabaret stages in Germany.

A cabaret one-man show about the millennial generation, rolling through 90s nostalgia - Tamagotchis, DJ Bobo and all - performed by Timo Schweitzer as Malte Anders.

Improvised theatre without a script, where the audience shapes the action. Every performance is unique and created in the moment.

Die Schmiere's cabaret programme skewers the absurdities of contemporary life - private blunders, public wrong turns and media-induced confusion - with Christina Wiederhold, Georg Keim and Matthias Stich on stage, joined by special guest Horst Blue.
