📍 Dornier Museum Friedrichshafen

About the venue

The Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen is dedicated to the history of the Dornier aircraft company and its founder Claude Dornier. Opened in 2009 right next to the airport, it houses original aircraft, engines and prototypes spanning over a century of aviation history - including the legendary Do X flying boat. The building itself, designed by Allmann Sattler Wappner Architekten, is a striking piece of industrial architecture.
