The Europa-Rosarium in Sangerhausen is one of the largest rose gardens in the world, home to over 80,000 rose plants representing more than 8,600 varieties. Founded in 1903 by the Verein Deutscher Rosenfreunde, it serves as both a living botanical archive and a venue for open-air concerts and seasonal events, particularly during the summer rose-blooming season.
