Kartäuserkirche

Cologne, Germany

About the venue

The Kartäuserkirche is a late-Gothic church in Cologne's Südstadt, built in the 14th century as part of a Carthusian monastery. After secularization it served various purposes and today houses the Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum's depot as well as a concert and event space. Its austere nave and medieval architecture make it a striking backdrop for classical music and cultural events.
