About the venue
The Klosterruine is the roofless ruin of a 13th-century Franciscan monastery church in Berlin's Mitte district. Heavily damaged in World War II, the Gothic shell was preserved as a memorial and open-air venue. Today it hosts concerts, readings, and cultural events in a striking setting of bare stone walls and open sky.
